All rooms offer state-of-the-art equipment, including high-speed broadband connections over the free-of-charge Aalto Open WLAN, videoconferencing facilities, laptops, document cameras, data projectors, and plasma displays. Our experts provide technical support as needed.

Creative ideas and culinary highlights

Festivities, conferences and other events at Dipoli are organised in co-operation with committed professionals from Sodexo, one of the world’s leading providers of gastronomy and recreational services. In addition to our standard menus, Chef Rôtisseur Juha Jaakonsaari and his 25 member kitchen crew create tasty specialities for your culinary pleasure — drawing on the best traditions from many countries and tailored to the theme and character of your event. All meals are prepared from scratch in our kitchen, and the bread is fresh from our bakery.

Dipoli is green all year round

Picture of the Dipoli building

Dipoli was Finland’s first congress centre to have been accredited the Green Office Certificate. We promote our ecological values through action rather than words. Over the past eight years, small streams have converged into a powerful torrent. Consumption of energy and paper has been reduced, old furniture has been reconditioned rather than replaced and waste management is meticulous. Campus bicycles and subsidised use of public transport help our staff to minimise their carbon footprint.

Dipoli is always at your service

At Dipoli, you can be certain that your event is being handled professionally. Our friendly and competent staff is strongly committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Together we find the best ideas and solutions for your needs.
